How much does a web hosting account cost?
That depends on how much storage space and bandwidth you need. Pricing starts at $5.00/month for 50 MB of storage, and goes up to $6.00/month for 200 MB of storage. There is also a $15.00 one-time setup fee to activate your account. All prices are in US Dollars. Click here for complete pricing details.

How will I be billed/invoiced?
As soon as you place your order with us through our online order form, your credit card will immediately be charged $6.00 for your first month, plus the $15.00 setup fee (total = $21.00, assuming you ordered our $6/month account). The date you placed your order will then become your "anniversary date" meaning that on that same date every month, you will automatically be charged $6.00 for the next month's hosting. This is called recurring billing, and will continue every month until such time as you cancel your account. Billing will stop immediately upon you canceling your account.

Can you host International domain names?
Yes. We support all domain name extensions available throughout the world. The three most popular are .com, .net and .org. Examples of other domain name extensions are: .ca,,, .info, .biz, .tv, .ws, .cc, .us, .bz, .name, .de, .jp.... and there are many more available.

Does the $6.00/month price include the cost of registering a domain name?
No. If you do not already have a domain name, then you will have to register one separately.

Will there be any ads on my website?
No! That is, not unless they are ads that you design into your website. Some budget hosting companies offer very cheap web hosting, but have a stipulation that an ad for their company will be placed at the top or bottom of your website. That is not the case with our hosting plans. Our hosting plans are 100% "ad-free". But again, you are more than welcome to put ads on your website yourself :)

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Card, JCB, and derivatives of those brands. We do not accept checks, cash or money orders.

Is your order form secure?
 Absolutely. We use as our payment processor. are specialists in secure online transactions.

Do you offer discounts if I want more than one account?
Unfortunately we cannot offer volume discounts on our monthly prices, because our pricing is already set as low as possible. However, we will deduct $10.00 from your setup fees, each time you order an additional web hosting account.

Can I resell your accounts?
Certainly! You can order as many accounts as you wish, and resell them to your own customers. You can resell the accounts for whatever price you wish.

Can I have MP3's and/or Video's on my website?
Yes, provided you own the copyright to them.

What about adult sites?
We do not allow any pornography, adult-related material, or links to such websites in our hosting accounts. People caught abusing this policy will have their hosting accounts terminated without warning.

I am still unsure about all this. Do you offer any guarantees?

I am a relative "newbie" to this. Do you offer technical support?
Yes! We have several levels of support available to our customers, all of which are free! We have a library of over 40 flash tutorials that explain many facets of your web hosting account. We also have a Getting Started Guide that tells you what you should do first when you sign up, a Control Panel Help page that explains all the features available in your control panel, a Control Panel Demo so you can "try before you buy", and a technical support staff that is available 24 hours a day, everyday, ready to answer any questions or help with any problems you may have. We have also put together several articles that explain some basic web hosting concepts (located at the top of this page, on the right).

I'm ready to sign up! What next?
To order your web hosting account, simply click on the "Order Now!" link located at the top of this page. Once you submit your order, we will immediately begin setting up your new account. Once it's ready, we'll send you a "Welcome Email" containing your login information, and instructions on uploading your website, setting up email, and using your new account.

How long does it take to setup my new account?
If we receive your order during regular business hours, your account will be setup within 1 day. Otherwise, it may take up to 48 hours. We still setup accounts at night, on the weekends, and on holidays, but it just takes a little longer.

Is support also slower during non-regular business hours?
NO! Our support staff is always staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including all holidays. We feel it is important to be available to existing customers at all times in case you need help. It is only our sales staff that is not always available outside of regular business hours.
